Pay 5 Nights, Stay 7 – Winter 2025 Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Promo Code Required – Offer valid only for direct online bookings made via the Anson Bay Lodge website using code STAY7 at the time of reservation.
Booking Window – New bookings must be made between 25 April 2025 and 20 August 2025 (AEST).
Stay Window – Eligible stays must commence between 1 June 2025 and 31 August 2025. Last checkout: 7 September 2025.
Minimum Length of Stay – Pay for five (5) consecutive nights in the same room type to receive two (2) bonus nights at no additional charge.
Room Types – Applies to all standard room categories unless otherwise noted; subject to availability at time of booking.
Rates & Inclusions – Standard winter rack rate applies to paid nights; bonus nights carry the same occupancy and board basis but are charged at $0.
Complimentary Extra – One (1) “Winter Warmer” 750 ml bottle of red wine per booking, presented on arrival.
Payment Policy – A credit‑card guarantee is required to confirm the booking; no deposit is taken at time of reservation. Full payment will be processed 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
30 + days before arrival: No cancellation fee.
15–29 days before arrival: 50 % of total booking forfeited.
0–14 days before arrival: 100 % of total booking forfeited.
Non‑Combinable – Cannot be combined with any other discount, package, or loyalty redemption.
Maximum Uses – Limit one promotional stay per household during the promotional period.
Occupancy Limits – Standard room occupancy limits apply; additional guests incur the prevailing extra‑person rate.
No Cash Value – Unused bonus nights, wine, or other inclusions have no cash or credit value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be applied to future stays.
Force Majeure – Anson Bay Lodge reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion due to events beyond its reasonable control.
